Fort St. John became my home in 1998. Shortly after, I purchased my first house in this area when I was only 19 years old.

The importance of property ownership means a lot to me and I currently own two properties. I can relate to first time buyers because it wasn't too long ago that I was one myself.  I struggled to figure out how this process worked, what REALTOR to choose, what lawyers to call and what bank to go to. It seemed impossible to know where to start. And now I am here to help others become home owners because of my own experiences.

I have a background in the oil and gas industry and understand your long hours, which is why I always make myself available to accommodate you.
After graduating from UBC Business School Real Estate Division, it became my passion to educate my clients to help their transactions become less stressful. I have a “no surprises attitude” so you’re always prepared for the next step. I am someone who will work in your best interests whether it’s negotiating a lower purchase price for Buyers or a higher sale price for my Sellers.
Century 21 was where I started out; however, as I grew more successful, I made “the switch” to REMAX . I made REMAX Executive Club in my first year and made the REMAX 100% Club in my second year. I am committed to being one of the Top Producers. Proficient with technology, I am always thinking of new ideas to market my listings to help give you more exposure.

This career is a commitment. Word of mouth is the most important advertising a company can have. Calling clients back and truly providing a service is what makes the Aaron Braaten Commitment (ABC) a success.
